Advisory Committee

Dr. Kelley Frost serves on the Advisory Committee to the President & CEO of the Texas Kidney Foundation (TKF), where she brings her expertise in mental health, community engagement, and women’s leadership to the Foundation’s prevention-first mission. A Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Dr. Frost leads a private counseling practice focused on individuals, couples, and families, and is a strong advocate for expanding access to mental health care in Texas.

Her career reflects a unique blend of business, academia, and clinical service. The youngest woman ever to serve as Vice President of Marketing at Frost Bank, Dr. Frost later earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision from St. Mary’s University, with research centered on resilience and career transitions. She has taught marketing at UTSA, launched entrepreneurial ventures such as Frosted Home, and consistently used her platforms to connect creativity with purpose.

In the community, Dr. Frost is known as both a philanthropist and mentor, co-leading fundraising efforts for the Seeds of Hope therapeutic garden at The Ecumenical Center and serving on numerous boards dedicated to education, healthcare, and empowerment. She was recently installed as 2025–2026 President of the Rotary Club of San Antonio, where she continues her legacy of service and leadership.

At TKF, Dr. Frost’s perspective on mental health and resilience strengthens the Foundation’s holistic approach to kidney health. By combining clinical expertise, community service, and a philosophy of empowerment, she helps ensure TKF’s programs not only detect disease early but also support the emotional and social well-being of Texans across the state.
